This page is a placeholder. Vigil8’s privacy notice is being prepared with counsel and will be published here before launch — it is not reproduced in draft because a privacy notice is a legal undertaking, not marketing copy.
In the meantime, three commitments we will put in writing on request: your data is never used to train a model, ours or a third party’s; you can export every record, file, evidence item, agent log and configuration at any time in open formats at no charge; and model routing, including in-region or in-tenant deployment, is yours to set.
